I doubt it because I have not heard anything in the media about any price cuts. The only reason we found out about it was when we called to cancel our AOL service. Certainly $22 is way above market in this area and probably around $14 is average for dial up service. My guess is that AOL will continue to capture new internet users but as people get more savvy they will migrate to independent ISPs for both service and price reasons. The incremental content provided by AOL is not worth the additional cost IMO.
