< Something to keep in mind about running with knife wounds: Your heartbeat and bloodflow is vastly accelerated and thus quickens your death. >

Yessir -- That's why I wrote what I did re: Suzanne not "running" unless she was being pursued.

<Given SJ's stab wounds, I doubt very much she did anything more than stagger from the car to the location where she was found.>

Interesting in light of Ms. Smith running as far as she did with 2 "fatal" stab wounds, whereas, from what we can tell without the autopsy report, it appears on the surface that none of Ms. Jovin's stab wounds may have been fatal per se.

In ER's there are many unfortunate incidents each year in which a stabbing victim who appears not too seriously injured is not immediately examined and x-rayed, only to expire 20 - 40 minutes later due to undiagnosed internal bleeding and the "exponential affect" of multiple stab wounds.

In re: Jerry Brown, IMO, walk proud and hold your head high. Some of his ideology not withstanding, there are many cities that would tremendously benefit by having a Mayor as intelligent, honest and experienced as yours.
