I agree with you George in that NOVL's rebuttal to the FUD was on a page on NOVL's site. It had to be more public than that since only NOVL loyalists, customers, and techies visit this site. MSFT could still play this cat&mouse game with NOVL and succeed in its strategy. Why? Because once MSFT put the damaging information up on their site and distributed it to their channel, shutting down the site means little. Those that visited and read the MSFT FUD are not seeing the NOVL rebuttal. So if this practice of MSFT continues, NOVL should think of more serious responses to MSFT to teach them a lesson. i.e. threaten actual litigation or force MSFT to publish NOVL's rebuttal on their site or take the rebuttal public to the media. We will see if MSFT tries this practice against NOVL again or if they will simply allow NOVL to simply slap them on the wrist over and over again. Toy
