Just bought more AOL at these prices. IMHO I think this is a very short term blip. I agree the price is alittle rich, but after the merger, AOL will be in front of millions. AOL starting to slowly move higher from the lows this am.

Nope. Cable will probably be sold, its too small at @15%. RoadRunner is PathfinderII in execution.

They bought content and cash flow. And they vastly overpaid.

They'll probably just keep what they can use and sell off the rest to other new media companies looking for content. I don't see it as a negatively as does the market. To me it's the purchase of an assortment of possibilities. Some will create $$$$$ others will be used to streamline the AOL/TimeWarner business.

Good Question 'FormerlyLongDell'

>>What is the most valuable part of TWX for AOL?
I think that it is the cable network.<<

What an interesting swap: Printing more worthless shares of AOL and paying a crazy premium for a co. with earnings.

In the process this deal has enriched several 'Fat Cats from Time Warner' and ol' Steve has given the AOL shareholder yet another good swift kick in the a*s.

Much like Dead-Head-Dell-Investors, AOL shareholders seem to enjoy this constant a*s kicking from self serving management CLOWNS.

How Sad...These Wall Street Clowns continue to pimp AOL shares to trader nation junkies.
