Where is MTIC getting it's capitol from? I noticed the competition (NOVL) is teamed up w/ two venture capital firms and 3 other companies. RAID patents are good, but what about their market share for networked data storage? Does NOVL have to pay royalties to MTIC for RAID (if they use RAID)?

It's a curious thing. I can't believe any analyst worth didly would upgrade MTIC based soley on the CALD filing. While it may improve their balance sheet and provide potential cash infusion following the 180 day lock-up, the equity interest really has no significant bearing on MTI's fundamentals today.

That leaves your other theory, additional guidance. We hope!
