Bearke - Re: "I am buying more Intel puts, this time Feb 80s. "

Good - we've got you down for Feb. $70, 75 and 80 PUTS.

Keep up the good work !

Maybe you can try some of Intel's "tricks" to explain how you make money from these puts that always seem to go against you !

Paul

Michael, I noticed you bought layers of INTC at 70 & 75 yesterday, before this upgrade gave us whole new buying opportunities. The reason you moved to 80's today is obvious, but would you expand a bit on your thinking when you buy layers more or less simultaneously?

Are the 75's a hedge against the 70's being perhaps a tad over-optimistic, or conversely are the 75's the main play and the 70's just a 'flyer' in case the pooch really pukes for once? Or is it something a bit more sophisticated? <g>
