With all due respect: I believe it would have been nice to have some sort of input with regards to the 40% increase in startup costs. I understand that by remaining under 15 there are certain legal situations that are avoided, but still some sort of correspondence would have been appreciated. Sincerely, Kirk

David, I expect that I won't be asked to be a partner since I am fourth on the waiting list. I was looking at the timetable and noticed that people on the waiting list will be notified at 5PM Saturday and have to get you the check in the mail by Midnight of the following Monday. I noticed that Monday was a holiday. Are the banks open? Just a few thoughts. Best Wishes, Bob

PCSF Partnership Timetable 1/14/00 - Final copy of agreement was sent out shortly after midnight. 1/16/00 - 12:00 Noon - ALL respondees must give their written confirmation via P.M. on S.I. to me that they intend to be a partner, or they automatically forfeit their slot. 5:00 PM - I will notify next in line on standby list THAT RESPONDED AFFIRMATIVELY BY THE 12:00PM DEADLINE that a slot has opened for them, and they have 24 hours to respond with acceptance or refusal of the opening. 1/19/00 - All confirmed participants will send signed and notarized partnership agreements back to the partnership address as noted in section 7.C. in the agreement, along with a check for $6,700 made payable to "Players Club Speculative Futures." Prospective partners mailing envelopes postmarked later than 1/19/00 without prior approval from me will be returned unopened, and their reserved slot will be made available to the next person on the standby list. Checks will be held in a safe for safe-keeping at the partnership address until all general partners have been elected and bank account documents signed. Checks will be verified for fund availability prior to deposit. 1/20/00 Any confirmed partners who would like to serve as general partner for the partnership must let me know by 11pm EST of their intention. 1/22/00 - A partner list will be distributed to confirmed partners along with the list of those volunteering to serve as general partner. Each partner except David Plonk will cast their vote publicly on the S.I. PCSF thread for their 2 choices for general partners to join David Plonk in this role. Voting must be complete by 11pm EST. 1/25/00 - The 3 General partners will sign all partnership agreements, and mail copies back to all partners. General partners will complete all paperwork associated with bank and brokerage accounts, and partner checks will be deposited. 1/28/00 - Futures account opened and funded via wire sent from partnership bank account. 1/31/00 - GZ begins trading.
