Yes, the problem could be arising above Bryan in the go2net chain of command.
I never got my SI t-shirt, and that was two years or more ago now, before go2net.
... i might have filled out the form wrong, or canada post got confused ... very likely the latter.

Let's not overlook this very positive point - go2net has not yet killed Classic.

Agreed, much safer to be disatisfied customer than customer service dealing with same.
