Not too confident on a return to 200 before the summer then? Looks like Jan 3 would have been the best time to sell calls due before summertime. Maybe even '01's as they will lose time value seriously in a couple of months.

Wow! You were predicting a run to $400 post-split for early year 2000 and now you are predicting a 40% correction with the stock still far from that level. QCOM is already down 27.9% from the high of 200. From what level do you see your 40% correction? Why did you turn bearish?

I just read this post. You can ignore my private message. I now understand what you are saying. Thanks. I sure hope you are correct. I'll take 170 at earnings. But, I don't think you get a split announcement. I also agree with your assessment of a general tech correction by mid-Feb (unless of caorse we are in the midst of it now).

Just curious, what is the low point you see between now and earnings?

Voltaire,

Sheesh, 40%? I would have put that #1 on the list instead of #3.

Hope all is going as well for you as has QCOM these past few months.
