I am not sure I disagree with you here. All I am saying is what is that Intel could say this is technically accurate and could harm AMD.

<You may laugh or puke after reading the above scenario but that's nearly what Intel said in the Q2 CC after blowing that quarter's earnings, and they got several upgrades and the stock went up 30% in the next 2 months.>

See, here is where I see upside for AMD (instead of downside). Positive statements from Intel have to be in one of the two areas:
- Market growth (good for everyone)
- Increased gross margins (which most analysts will read as more benign price environment)
