DOE showed crude stocks rising by 3.1-million bbl, compared to the 1.7-million API build. On the other hand, DOE gasoline data showed gasoline supplies rising by 2.2-million bbl, which was quite a bit less than the
API-reported 4.1-million bbl gain.

The problems are not the sort that say "Uh Oh" to me,
but rather the kind that say "Opportunity".
I sold my PGO last week as it inexplicably slid.
Buying back now, and more.
