Let's hope that GBLX's investment was conditioned on Nextwave's emergence from Chap. 11 with spectrum intact and the FCC reaffirming the licenses.

Nextwave's management evidently alienated the FCC to a fairthewell. Now the piranha rush in for the feeding frenzy on valuable spectrum. Interesting to see if GBLX puts together something to make its own bid, assuming FCC rules for the new spectrum permit.
