hey gary,

re your comment, "I'm confused about all this discussion re: ratio of distribution."

i think it's obvious why so many people are asking what the distribution ratio will be. people want to know in a glance how much money they have! why is that a puzzle? and i think it's kinda' funny when people say it doesn't matter, then they launch into a lengthy mathematical equation that ultimately equals what? how many PALM shares for each COMS share! <g3> it's the question on everyone's mind.

everyone who is saying that it doesn't matter sorta' reminds me of the folks who were saying that we weren't really celebrating the millennium on last new year's eve.

:)

Gary,

<<Point is - number of shares doesn't matter a hoot.>>

I agree with you...but please quit trying to "educate" these investors who act like stock splits increase a companies value. They have a belief system based on trading experience (I'm talking weeks and months of experience here!) where stocks that split go up. (and stocks that split more go up more --i.e. QCOM) So to them the number shares may really matter.
And now that I think of it...if I had the choice between owning 1 share that cost $1 million or owning 1 million shares that each cost $1, I'd go for the million shares. (That way I could sell some.)

Good luck and better profits,
Daniel
