Pinks are not scheduled for MVEE until 2/9/00. But it is my understanding that it is currently running 60 to 90 days from submission to getting cleared, so even if submitted today they will go pink in all likelihood in February. They can work themselves off the Pinks if their filing is complete, but my guess is that may not be until April or later under good circumstances.

I just checked SEDAR (The Canadian equivalent of the SEC) and there has not been any new posts there either.

There has also not been any new filings for EINI if MVEE is still thinking of reverse merging into EINI's filing.
