Nice to have you back Vendit. I agree--hard to see what's bad about this. 5 years from now we'll be laughing about the cost basis of the shares we bought this week. :-)

Great to see your name here again. I agree this is a great l/t play and I'm looking to expand my position in AOL. I'm thinking of buying Jan 2002 TWX leaps to take advantage of the arbitrage opportunity and rolling them into shares at some point within the next couple of years once the merger is complete. What's your opinion? I have built a position in OCLI (being acquired by JDSU) and provided that acquisition goes thru as expected will get JDSU shares at a better price than if I had purchased them outright. AOL pulled off an incredible move to acquire TWX and will be the first mover in the next wave of convergence. It ain't pretty short term, but l/t this will be really big (apologies to William Shatner). Take care my man.
