BWAC, Thanks for the expansion that was not a part of "helkel"'s post. I fully concur with the issue/dilemma of the relationship between compensation and performance. Frequently, the "bennies" are too easily issued, or tied too closely to the short term. It would be much cleaner, if they just received dollars as compensation, but then we would probably find fault with them not being tied to the stock performance, or that G&A expenses are too high. Nevertheless, I agree with you. However, after the shares/options are issued ...that's the gist of helkel's post wording, and the point of my response. Regards, Bob
