OK I agree with that.

Basically it IS the shareholders fault for agreeing to issue the options in the first place. When we get smart and put our foot down, all this cashing in bs will stop.

Here's a perfect example:

17-Nov-99 STRAUCH CHARLES S Sold (S) 20,000 Common 16.88 $337,600
17-Nov-99 STRAUCH CHARLES S Exercised (M) 20,000 Common .07 -

----------------------------------------------------------

Ok great so he did great. No big deal right? Wrong!

I surely hope everyone remebers this come proxy time and votes these managers out.

Others have already covered this issue, but I would
like to add that if my memory serves me correctly,
Itri was one of the original founders of the company.
He is part of the group that has milked the company for
all its worth. In other words, he has already benefited
immensely from PAIR, but like his friends Chucky and Flagg
he can't help coming back for more gravy.

I hope everyone will remember to vote all their
shares against the entire BOD without any exception at
proxy time.
