Illiquidity on the Dow today can be evident in the 1 min intraday. Pick a day from 1 month ago for reference. . .then compare it to today. . . it is trading in a see saw fashion. . . making it nearly impossible for even the most skilled technicians to predict direction.

And that is consistent with nearly every day this year. Like I said at the end of 1999. The Wall Street Fat Cats were not happy that individual investors did so well. . . and they are pulling out all the stops in incenting their floor brokers and market makers to make certain that the waters are treacherous for individual investors. "Shake them out at any cost."

The question of the day. . . .

Is the SEC turning a blind eye to this OBVIOUS manipulation?

And if so. . . . I want. . . no, I demand to know why.

If they want to target individual investors for some grey area of whether or not what we do here is provide "investment advice" . . . then use the very same standard of scrutiny on the brokerage houses and market makers. If they did, this house of cards would collapse completely, leaving the whole enchilada to the individuals. . . .and that is no doubt what they fear most.
