Would you buy at closing if it's below 62 for gap-up tomorrow? Or would you see this as risky? (Lost major bucks last time in AOL last year, but feel now's a good time to recoup some.)

Tricky game. Be careful, you'll get left behind in the dust.
I used to do quite a lot of that. Found it much easier to just find a good company, buy it and hang on for the ride. Much healthier. I feel very comfortable with the merger at this point. I think it will be a Radio Flyer.
