Brian, If I may be so bold, what is an approximate number for the grand total worst case at this point then?

Regards, Dave

Brian; great job but aren't some of us still missing a little something?

- Globalstar partners had the right, exercisable over many years, to
exchange their partnership interests for about 151,750,000 shares of
common stock;

It sounds to me like some people are still using 42% of the profits for 300mm GSTR shares at the point when GLP partnership interests are traded. I should think that as they are traded for G* more and more of the profits would go to G* shares. 100% of profits for 300mm shares? You are saying, aren't you, that GLP interests may be exchanged for Globalstar stock?

I can't quite see why the current partners would want to do that, but if it is true, then I would expect my above conclusion to be correct.
