Hey, if I drive east on I-8 out of San Diego and I get about 60 miles outside of Yuma, the carrier there is MEXICO and guess what I can;t use my cellphone in the US even. Still alot of wierd stuff around on this. Strange how you can make a purchase into a foreign country by giving them your VISA card number over the phone, but they won;t allow you to raom into a foreign country with a phone tied into your VISA card? Carriers are strange birds.
