Sounds good to me. My April 35 call option is still looking pretty sound (bought it when the stock was 28).

Regarding the wireless licenses that the FCC canceled and recovered....I had read that the *additional financing* was obtained but it was commitment, not cash...and GBLX was one of those committing. Just what I read, don't know if it is fact. As far as GBLX stock going up on that news, believe it or not, I would suggest that some savvy investing groups were pleased that GBLX was NOT going to get involved in a lengthy resuscitation effort of dead capital in order to obtain traffic....I was relieved that what looked like a scam from jump street (obtaining the licenses when the capital was not available), and later confirmed in a bankruptcy courtroom in the same venue as the defaulted company, was going to end. Just my opinion, but I hope GBLX is above the need for scamming its way to success.
This may not have been a scam, but tying up another's property in this way sure seemed a bit questionable.....use it or lose it, they did not use it, and did lose it.
Please feel free to show me how I am wrong, but that is the way I currently see the picture.
