Frank,

How can he get away with that. People are thinking that TWX is putting the finishing touches on the last of their upgrades. Upgrades meaning node segmented, headend equipment installed and activated, return laser installed, plant tested and certified, headend to internet connection pulled, market launched and fully supported.

Marketecture (Pragmatic Marketing?) aside, that is pretty irresponsible. I'd say bordering on deliberately misleading the public as to the prospects for delivering broadband to the lumpen masses served by this fine institution.

How does one get a real assessment of the job in front of Jesus Case?

Hi Frank- FWIW, I thought the TWX upgrades to HFC figures were way off base too(as I inferred on the Last Mile thread). But I have nothing solid to base it on except my discussions with Dycom. So we are all, only guessing. Although I do like your ancedotary(is that a word?) evidence.

Hopefully we run across some more substantial evidence. If you find anything please pass it on to me. As you know, my engineering/construction picks depend upon that work. Thanks. -MikeM(From Florida)
