WRONG, line-man. They would have to short the SH*T out of it to take it down to where they could convert at such a low price, to then do what? MAYBE recover the shares they shorted? No way, buddy, this isn't a death spiral. You've merely pointed out the escape clause that Lehman put in, in case the stock tanked after possibly not getting approved. Now that scenario is erased. The shorts are screaming, and from the sounds and smell, you and mr. a+p are two of them. Good luck, better mortgage your house to buy the shares you owe. LOL!
