It's him. He got the idea from David Wetherell of CMGI, who does the same thing on RB. They each use a repected poster to coordinate questions and relay said questions to the CEO. The MSGI "omsbudman" is Mark Peterson, a very well repected SI poster.

Couldn't agree more. I tried to tell the folks over on the MSGI thread that this was not a good sign, but they wouldn't hear of it. Got a lot of argument and so I decided to let them have their way, and didn't bother to reply back. They all think it's a great idea.
