Mike, I have to chuckle about this. I made a total of three post here last night and I included the "details of the format" in two of them - one of which was addressed to you - and you can't find them to review the details! Wait til Frank reads this! LOL - really.

On a serious note, I did include the value chain and customers.

I thought about management but rejected it as an element. First, I find it too nebulous. Second it takes too much information to evaluate properly. How many managers should be scrutinized - just the CEO, the COO, the marketing guy, the legal staff, the top techs? And if the company does not meet the G&K criteria it is largely moot anyway. If a co. passes our tests then we can move on to debates about management capabilities. JMHO, of course.
