I would like to get that one.
And would like to hear what else keeps you in good shape.
I don't eat red meat and pork. Rarely (may be once or twice a month) eat chicken and fish.

Dear Yaacov: I use nothing but olive oil and it hasnt done a damn think for me, but I got a beautiful young wife and that helps. haha. JDN
