The new declaration is a trifle bellicose, but do you really think Putin would nuke Grozny?

The declaration seems tailormade for admission of nuclear weapons to clear Grozny of defendants, although it might also be used to explain administering same medicine to mobsters ...""

Dear MNI,

Don't your read the posts on this thread! Over two months
ago I began posting to Goldnow about possible use of Nuclear
device by Russians in Grozney! They are stupid enough to do it. Clinton warned Russians not to, and Yeltsin visiting
China lashed at Clinton! This is nothing new, but I like your exclamation, my God! Indeed, my friend, it is frightful. If they can do it to their own so called cirtizen
(they can always lay the blame on Chechens, then there is no
telling what they can do to the others!

But the problem for Germany's political elite is that it
could all just be the beginning.

From his adopted home in Canada, where he is fighting
extradition to Germany on suspicion of tax evasion, fraud
and bribery, Mr Schreiber has been threatening to make
even more startling disclosures.
