Can someone point me to a recent article which reported that QCOM is being sued by someone for 20% of its royalties in cellular and PCS technology? TIA

So what happened to the GSM based company who defaulted on thier lic a couple of years ago and started this whole precednce thing? did they get to keep them? did they get them revoked? I am pretty sure tey did not. I think Bill Kennard has a problem of equal treatment here that will jump up to bite him.

Perhaps a senate investigation of Bill Kennard is in order...
