Joe,

"Today's price erosion on decreasing vol = profit taking by the less secure and technical
folks who haven't done or don't care to do their DD. "

I take this to mean that you are not satisfied with my response yesterday.

Is it a correct statement? I have no idea. I do know that I will be a buyer again, but the target price is not yet determined.

I don't think there is anything wrong with profit taking on this or any stock. I have bought and sold SPLS at least 5 times in the last quarter.

The reason I don't have a lot of DD to share with you is that I did it last fall and I don't remember most of it now.

It will be interesting to see how the street values SPLS after the dot.com IPO. I will be interested in buying both SPLS and the IPO as each should benefit from the split. When that time draws near I will do some more intensive DD and would look forward to your views regarding it.

The best of luck to you with all your trades.
