Don't agree Janice. She may be 100% incorrect but saying that she's making it all up would also lend creadence to the conspiracy theory.

More probable that it goes like this (assuming your I don't believe it theory)

Xeyes, as a result of the murder is upset. Xeyes upon seeing TV spot suddenly recalls that on walking home the night before that she had seen someone who looked liked SJ and also two men, one in front and one behind SJ on the street and bingo that all turns into it was SJ and it was Jim etc.
