iiji is japanese internet with fiber optic interests, has come down from 132, back into buy zone if you want foreign internet, this is good quality, pcntf is another one, but iiji is due for another run

OK1Day, I don't know what the market in Israel is for an ISP, and I don't know that company. It appears to have spiked due to its small float, leaving many holding the bags. . . .and it would not surprise me if some firm pumped and dumped it. . . from 10 bucks to 50, making a small fortune at the expense of many small investors. . . none of which bought below 20, but are holding their bagfull there.
