Dear Yaacov:

Very interesting information you have written. If true, get it published.

" MSFT supplied Israeli Government with softwares without the approval of the Washington. MSFT seeing itself as free business entity did what it wanted and the Republicans in Senate and the House told them to go for it. This happened in 1994 and 1995. MSFT angered Clinton and the gang! They ordered the DOJ to look up inot MSFT and help break it up! This is the reason! capisci!ggg"

It seems that the ball is clearly now back in MSFT's corner.
Newly appointed CEO Ballmer described the doj's draconian deal as "reckless...irresponsible...the single biggest disservice anyone could do to consumers in this country..."

OK ALREADY. Mr. Ballmer present what MSFT is willing to do to appease the doj, change some corporate policy ...distribution... something as an offer in compromise.
SAY IT IN PUBLIC!

It is clear the doj is attempting to manipulate the market price of MSFT by the timing of their announcements, leaks to the press, etc.
The doj is trying to push the price down as a weapon that will force concessions. The flip side is they must feel they are losing the battle when MSFT's price rises.

Now is the time for the irresistible force to smash through the immoveable object.
Now is the time to plunge the stake into the heart of the vampire(s).
Now is the time Mr. Ballmer.
Now is the time!
