Bandit,

The E is a new designation for OTC's that have failed to meet the new requirements for filing their numbers.

It goes alphabetically a thru z. Each company has been given ample time to file their numbers. If they have not done so by their aplphabetical deadline, they are given an E at the end of their symbol which signifies that they have failed to meet requirements.

Anyway.....I bailed during this last little run...couldn't resist...from .003 - .03 I believe. I got out at .01 and .015, after getting in at .007 and .003. Everything sounded great awhile ago and still may be. I just lost my faith and feel IF this is to be succesful in the long run, the number of shares will have to be addressed. A Reverse Split is a possibility and I havent seen too many that went well...and the few that do, ...well it takes quite a long while.......

Good luck to all that remain. I hope mvee turns into something good for all of you very patient individuals.

Here is a description of the 5th letter identifiers. In the case of E it means delinquent in their filings with the SEC.

Hi Bandit,

otcbb.com

You can put MVEEE & MVEE in your list next to each other, and when (if) it switches back you see MVEE's data go active again.
