Actually we took the EXACT same pattern before Earnings after ERICY deal(look at a chart). We ran into deal and after, had a big drop and strugled back up at earnings and then POW 54 pt day!

"QCOM estimate FY ending 9/00 is $1.74"

This is not correct. Current estimates are running around 1.15 and the most aggressive estimates run just over 1.25. 1.74 is an error that some service put out. It's certainly not based on oe.

If Naz has a 15% correction from current level in Feb./March, do you think QCOM will go up after earning? I think it might drop to $120.

gc is correct, we are going up from here! Now, no more bickering amongst each other. Let's discuss issues, for example, how deployment of HDR will affect cable companies and telecom's DSL.

One more thing, is an alliance with AOL a smart idea because of the AOL/Time Warner merger?
