Thread, A question regarding Time Warner's cable lines. Are their cable lines already capable for two way Internet Access. It seems to be the largest expense that cable companies have. I was wondering if that was still in front of AOL/TWX.

Regards,

Aljorma

Marvin,

Every time techs run up a bit, then start correcting, you always hear folks saying that "money is going to start flowing out of tech into undervalued stocks, will be a down market for techs, blah, blah, blah." It may happen to a degree over the short term, but investors will return right back to techs.

We may see a little sector rotation, but after tech "rests" a bit, the same stocks that ran up will see money flowing in them again. That's where the earnings and growth stories are.

And buying QCOM here isn't the worst thing in the world....down 60 points from its high.

Marvin, rest assure a year from now QCOM will have given a investor a hole lot better rate of return then AOL will.
That's a no brainer, CDMA technology, wireless internet way of the future. and AOL will benifit from it too. I rode QCOM from 474 to 734 give me a hole lot more money then AOL.
Looking to get back in it, But I do believe it will see lower before it starts again.
