A very astute observation, Julius. Technology rules the day. Did you notice that Bob Brinker - the market timer - has backed off his positive outlook for stocks? He's very capable and has been positive, but now recommends reducing equity exposure to 40% of one's portfolio and including about 15% in Overseas. Too high P.E. in the Index is the main culprit? I went along with Elaine G. a few yrs. ago when she faxed a friend subscriber "to sell his stocks." I spent about an hour doing just that with sector and other funds that evening and rued the day later -not too much later. It's going to be very interesting to see the results of Brinker's outlook although I noticed this AM that there was nothing but good earnings being reported. However, the Dow is beginning DOWn. Angler
