I found it interesting how activist the SI admins can be about some parts of the Terms Of Use and how they ignore other parts. Last week Bob was like a shark swimming around in this thread biting people for debatable violations of a single part of the sacred Terms Of Use. But for the past few months he has ignored jas' harassing, abusive, threatening, tortuous, improper (to name a few) messages.

Tim,

Some points to consider.

None of my posts have violated the Terms of Service. I have not used foul language in my posts. I have not called you names, or attacked you. Yes, there have been several occasions that I have questioned your calls and investment advice, sometimes sarcastically, but in an open forum like SI, that shouldn't be a problem for anyone secure in their beliefs.

You claim that I have consistently harassed you and have carefully found all the posts I have made on NR4W. But why don't you list all the posts you've made to me, including those where I have posted on other threads (discussing stocks, not you) and you have quickly responded in your foul mouthed fashion. Count up the posts where you have referred to me as trailer trash, or some similar derogatory term. Find some of the posts where you have threatened me with visits from you or your buddies from 'The Big Red Machine'.

Since you don't seem to believe that Private Messages should be kept private, why don't you post copies of all the PMs you've sent me (usually full of profanities), most in an attempt to bait me to post on the thread?

The fact of the matter is that I have concern for exactly the same people you claim to, and there have been too many occasions where I think they have gotten bad advice. I have every right to point that out. You are absolutely right that some of the members here do not have money they can afford to lose.

If people can't afford to lose their money, volatile tech stocks is not the place they should be investing. Even if they do have funds they can put at risk, they have been advised to put it at greater risk by doing things like putting it all in one security, day trading, or following advice without doing research. It has been implied that if they question any of the calls or alerts they run the risk of being thrown out of the 'inner circle'. I have seen much table pounding and stock pumping, but rarely see any evidence of fundamental or technical analysis to support it.

I have every right to post here or on any other thread, as long as I respect the rules. As it has been pointed out many times this weekend, even by your supporters, you should either get over it, ignore it, or move on. Instead you choose to expose your Achilles' heel, and might as well be wearing a sandwich board that reads "Here is my button. Press here."

I also have had discussions with Bryan, but have respected his wishes not to divulge things told me in confidence until the proper time. SI is in a period of growth and transition, and is well positioned to add new features and services to benefit its members. I intend to be a part of it, and keep my membership intact. If you were smart, your attempts would be to do the same. Instead, as I pointed out, you are committing 'suicide by cop'. You need someone else to blame, so rather than pick up and go, you choose to indulge in behavior so atrocious, that it will get you thrown out.

Think about it!
