Slider, NAO ALERT, NAO reading has moved substantially NEGATIVE for the first time since mid November. Currently -.4, not earthshaking negative yet but hey .I'll take a negative reading!. This confirms a change in winter weather patterns to cold and colder, unless it reverses back up soon. Also fits a cold La Nina pattern starting, since it has not been strongly positive except fora few days this winter. Current forecasts for the data areas do not indicate a reversal up happening near term. Viva Mr Freeze! I will be all too glad to take a nice Red Hummer off of a tech laden Yuppie this summer, as long as it was maintained in pristine condition, and it is for sale at distressed "someone ate my Yahoo" prices, VBG. O/T --- Where's Waldo (SargeK) ? Someone please give him a call and make sure he's not "fallen & can't get up " (VBG). Being the military man he is; I can't believe he desserted his troops over on the Yahoo FGH board in the heat of battle - they're fragging each other left & right and are leaderless... I guess some people just can't take the heat ?
