This is so very true. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't JDSU is funding 100% expansion from current earnings? I know AMCC just floated a secondary that was well received and will use the funds to expand. These companies don't need to sell bonds or even convertibles, so raising the interest rate will not slow them down.
