My only regret about Arkan is that he died quickly. I would have preferred hacking his limbs off one by one over several days without anaesthetic. They literally do not come any worse than the commander of militias that raped and tortured like Arkan's Tigers did all over former Yugoslavia. I'm not religious but I have no doubt that scumbag is burning in hell somewhere. Volatility - my portfolio swings are larger in $$ terms because my portfolio is larger after a fat, happy 1999. But if you diversify and hedge a bit, the % changes should be the same.
