Isn't Nokia also a good possibility? They must have a very high level position as to GSM IPR, and they might be better positioned to tip the scales for an early resolution of the standards issues.

Assuming that there is plenty Q could contribute without disturbing the spirit of the KYO deal, and that Wall St. would love a Q deal with Nokia, a JV seems a natural.
