Skeeter, if the entire tech world were held to the standards of a T-bill, your real estate portfolio will bite the dust (people can't overpay for real estate unless they are made rich by stocks). Bugs get squashed--consider a move up the food chain.

seems like it [calculating royalties] would be way too complicated as [handset] prices can change weekly.

I do think that there is some software out there that can handle this accounting task !
