I was told Friday by Marie Cocchiaro of Millennium Ventures l
Law Group at 925-034-9531..as of monday you can convert by wire ....
and in the meeting in Feb it will be done automatic to all P holders..

and as far as the math goes I have a bid of .31 which adds up to 1.86

and the bid on the P is 1.97.....I use the bids since that is what you can sell for.....so I am right...sorry to disappoint you.

Piper - Why is the meeting on Feb. 4 necessary? What was the underlying problem? Were there two series of preferred, and only one covered by conversion? I would appreciate some background. Thanks
