Al - If the conversion (of PLCOP) is done automatically for all PLCOP holders at the Feb. 4 special meeting, will PLCOP cease to trade as a separate stock? Would this help PlayCo get back on NASDAQ? (I think they need some minimum net worth, and common stock trading over $5 per share).
