AHIC, I met with the company today. I will post some of the things we discussed. I will be forwarding an in depth analysis to the company for approval before I post it on the thread some time tomorrow. Just to wet your whistle folks; I believe we have backed into a great turn around story. AHIC, will be completely debt free any day now. They are carrying a debt of approximately 3.3 million and they expect that to go bye,bye any day now. A fully reporting company with assets in excess of 5 million, about to be debt free, with positive cash flow, trading for less than .20. This is a far better deal than PCES!!! AHIC is entertaining all ideas and suggestions. We could even see a reverse merger/acquisition come from all of this before the year is out, if not sooner.
