I can see no reason to believe that it would be otherwise. Do you really think the ethnic composition of the population of the United States will affect the numbers of taxpayers defined as "ready, willing and able?" If so, why? I have never read or heard of such an argument and wonder how it is made.

I'm surprised you've never heard of the concord coalition. It was Paul Tsongas' big thrust which was inherited by the new guys.
