I did have a bit of trouble with the print out of the document. The signature area was screwy (yes thats a technical term). One other thing on the notary signature area. There is supposed to be a line for them to put the date their commission expires. I will PM you my fax number. ht David

Well david, I had 2 people, my lawyer and the notary public, tell me that the contract is not a legal document. the notary's problem was that there is not any verbiage that let's here state that so and so of a specified county and state has witnessed the signature. She showed me a few examples but did not let me copy any of them. As they dealt with other people's documents. I was able to get her to seal it but only after pointing out that I was a customer of the bank so was my father, that 4 different lawyers had looked at it and all she was testifying to is that she was witnessing my signature. This was with CMB so maybe other notaries will not be as exacting. My lawyer said it's not a legal limited partnership, due to the fact that limited partners have too much power, one case in point is that the limited partners can vote to remove Paul as the trader. Mr Kleinman (my lawyer) feels that this is an administrative function, and that limited partners are by definition passive and should not be have this power. He was still working with one of the drafts, As today was the first day he was back since the weekend. I faxed him the website one, but in an attempt at full disclosure, I am mentioning what he said. I did send my form along anyway, but wanted to mention these things. John
