Pat JDSU is paying $6 million per ETEK employee, and yet they only paid $1.8 million per OCLI employee. Maybe $ per employee is not the metric to use. What is one company employees cafeteria workers and floor sweepers directly and the other contracts that work out. What about dollars per patent or dollars per sq ft of mfg facilities. Have you factored debt into the cost? Not sure if it's appropriate but it could be a factor. One key patent could be worth hundreds of millions. William
