Jafco, its ok with me to notify SI Administration of violations,
especially when personal attacks take the nature of a possible threat to
a poster. For example, as copied below, my attention to the sag asking
him if his post was a thread towards me,
Hopefully Tony Schwarz does not take the view that Tomcat has taken,
and mock law enforcement. I also include a copy of that at the end.

his act, or as an recommendation for others, to strike my person physically
until I lose consciousness.

as on on-topic to him, as this is a reference to a concern he now has.

sag, you puzzle me.....
... so that you do not jeopardize that[your] account on SI here please
post a follow-up to your post to me, as a reply to this post, that the
following was just a poorly worded post to me and you did not threaten
me in a way that will require me to take the follow action.

1. I notify SI administration of your threat.
2. I notify my Town Police of your threat.(paper work required)
3. My Town Police contacts SI for verification.
4. If SI verifies words of a threat were made towards me then
a formal request will be made by Town Police to obtain your name
and place of residence.
5. If you live in my Town then a Police Officer will contact you
at either your residence or place of work.
6. If you live outside my Town but in my State then the State Police
will have this matter transfered to them and they will do the contact.
7. If outside my State, then the FBI obtains jurisdiction.
8. Seperate from the investigation I am sure that SI will make their
own determination of threat or not, and most likely they will decide
to terminate your membership. Now this I do not want as I enjoy the full
range of posts here on this most interesting thread, and your as the sag
adds color just like mine. But we all have to be careful in today's violent
society where after a servere and extremely bad happening occured, warning
signs were available but ignored.
So sag, retype in the words you really meant, for the following.
Also, first be aware that I am always careful in my words and their
meaning, and that I mentioned that the sag group MAY have received
Insider Information. I carefully pointed out that it was my GUESS and
not based on facts. But even if I said "it was so", that in itself does
NOT qualify as a threat from me to the sag group in the area of doing
damage to a person's life. I mentioned the POSSIBILITY that the sag
has obtained Insider Information from their converstaions with the
officers of the GPGI Company. If that concerns you, it should not
if you have not received any, as I could not prove it. But I never
said you HAVE received Insider Information from those company contacts
you mentioned as having. But again, thats a money concern, not the
type of threat a person makes towards another requiring notification
to law enforment about a physical threat made by a person towards another.
The following, your words, please make clearer so this thread can continue
with all threaders here posting, including the sag.
Or do nothing and I will let SI and law enforcement enter.

The list is long, and each day as I am able to refine how I interact
with others, the list grows. Do I have any friends ? At the moment
the answer is none, as you would expect. Of that list, are there any
that really would like to <<slapped [me] to sleep[no wake up]>> ? Yes
Hopefully those on this gpgi thread do as spoken so as to lessen the
opportunity of my replies, with use of the Ignore option. At present
the short list is tony schwarz, tomcat, jafco, & scott wheeler.
Imagine how much nicer this thread would be in the opinion of these
if they all Ignored my posts so that their each experience will be
free of the type of thoughts that they consider to be garbage and sicko.
Hopefully these four persons join the others who perfer not to receive
my thoughts. Or at least, if read, no reply with the understanding that
I violate not the rules of SI, only theirs, and I have reason to continue
on the same path I am on.....
